Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro and JCB) or cash. There is a cashpoint machine 200 metres from Summerhayes.

Cancellation Policy: notice of cancellation given between 24-48 hours of check-in (1600 hrs) will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost and 100% if less than 24 hours notice is provided. An administration fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in.
